    GOLF<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Benahav\u00eds has 12 golf courses (216 holes in total), in 8 clubs. Villa Padierna (54 holes: Flamingos, Alferini y Tramores), La Quinta (27), La Zagaleta (36: La Zagaleta y Los Barrancos), Atalaya (36: Old y New, although this club has only a small part of it in Benahav\u00eds), Marbella Club (18), Monte Mayor (18 y moment\u00e1neamente cerrado), Los Arqueros (18) and El Higueral (9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To those we must add the Municipal Golf Academy, right by the town centre and a great driving range with a wide bunker, approach area and putting green. Benahav\u00eds has become the second municipality in Spain (only behind Marbella) with the greatest number of golf courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
